Museum of Ordinary Things

Museum of Ordinary Things (also known as MOOT) is a fictitious museum located in NYC. This museum is known for hosting artist exhibits who specialize in creating masterpieces from ordinary, every day things. I was tasked to create a Brand Identity Design Proposal which includes: corporate colors, logo, stationary, along with, printed ads, and gift shop items.

Enchanting Fort Series Exhibit

MOOT’s newest exhibit is of an enchanting colony of forts, created by the lovely, Grayson Thomas (also a fictitious artist). This exhibit allows the viewer to experience traveling around the world one fort at a time. I staged this fort exhibit in my backyard and took pictures of what the fictitious exhibit might look like in person. Below is a collage of the photos combined into one piece.

Brand Identity Design Proposal

This proposal was created with Indesign which goes into depth of how MOOT will present themselves and their identity to the public. It includes: their custom logo design, corporate color scheme, business stationary, employee uniforms and badge IDs, the exterior and interior of the building, printed ads, gift shop shopping bags, hang tags, and gift shop new arrivals: t–shirts, hats, mugs, canvas bags, etc.
